While leveraging funding received from Adult Literacy for Life, Iteration conducted a "Bridging the Gap" research project across six locations in County Tipperary.
County Tipperary Pilots & Participants
The programme delivered practical mobile assistive AI training to community cohorts across Tipperary:
- Knockanrawley FRC: 17 trainers trained at the Knockanrawley Family Resource Centre.
- SOLAS Course: 11 food preparation students trained during a SOLAS vocational course.
- Public Libraries: 78 senior citizens trained in two Tipperary public libraries.
Open Educational Resources & Syllabi Reusability
The training package is supported by slide decks released under Creative Commons licenses, six interactive H5P books, and six explainer videos available to the public on Vimeo.
A dedicated Notion website connects the training materials so the syllabus can be easily reused by Tipperary Education Training Board (TETB) and the County Tipperary Libraries in support of ongoing social and economic transformations.
